POSITION OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic team at Evernest as a dedicated Maintenance Technician. As a valued member of our workforce, youll be responsible for efficiently scheduling and executing service requests using our advanced work order management system. This pivotal role calls for independent thinkers who thrive as individual contributors. Success in this position demands a disciplined, proactive mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
No On-Call required

Sign-On Bonus: $2000 paid out over the first 180 days of employment
Tool Allowance: $500.00 paid out at your 60-day mark with Evernest, and yearly on the anniversary of your start date
Quarterly Bonus: Opportunity to earn an additional $1050 per quarter if technician averages 40 hours worked and 38 of those hours are billed per week, up to $4200 per year
Hours Expected:
Our Maintenance Technicians work a minimum of 40 hours per week, but OT is available if needed.

Work Environment:
Our Maintenance Technicians make their own schedule, essentially you are your own boss, just get the job done. We will provide you with a vehicle, youll just need to have your tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, estimate, and complete repairs per property needs
- Organize and schedule work orders - Crucial to hit KPIs
- Audit and close out all credit card transactions
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings
- Perform daily and weekly vehicle inspections
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a jack of all trades (light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- You will be interacting with the residents living in the homes, so you must have excellent communication skills
- Valid Drivers License Required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
