If you're the type of technician who enjoys figuring out what others can't, this is the role for you. We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives on troubleshooting, fixing complex equipment, and keeping production moving. You'll work with a variety of CNC and manufacturing equipment, tackle challenging repairs, and play a key role in keeping operations running at peak performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Install, move, modify, and upgrade manufacturing equipment
Calibrate machines and make precision adjustments
Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
Maintain spare parts inventory and technical documentation
Assist with facility maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing work
Help create a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving
Commitment to safety and quality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Points For
CNC machine repair and controls experience
Machine calibration experience
HVAC knowledge
ERP system experience
Experience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments
