Why This Role Is Different

This role gives you broad hands-on maintenance responsibility across production equipment and facility systems in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.

Youll diagnose emergency and unscheduled equipment issues, complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, maintain technical documentation, and support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.

The position offers the opportunity to deepen troubleshooting and maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, facility, and production systems.

What Youll Do

As the Maintenance Technician, youll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems while supporting preventive maintenance, technical documentation, and operational excellence activities.

• Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and mechanical service on production machines in a multi-shift environment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentation
• Support operational excellence initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
• Perform facility maintenance and repair activities as needed
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone with hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems who can read electrical schematics, troubleshoot effectively, use basic computer systems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; vocational or technical maintenance training preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess equipment performance and implement process improvements
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with operating systems used in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment while managing multiple priorities
• Must meet physical demands of the role, including frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
