Maintenance Technician

Summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking candidates to work in the Bowling Green, OH area. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems. Work hours are from 6:00am to 2:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and observe machine operations.
• Dismantle machines to access defective parts.
• Adjust and repair functional parts and control instruments.
• Install special functional and structural parts in machines.
• Inspect, lubricate, clean, and replace wear parts.
• Use hand and power tools proficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated machinery and equipment.
• Assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair AOD pumps and electrical components.
• Work outside in various weather conditions, heights, and small spaces.
• Perform minor fabrication as necessary.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints.
• Experience with boiler systems.
