Maintenance Technician | 2nd Shift | Manufacturing Environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $31 per hour

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45214

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a proactive mindset, and experience working in fast-paced industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs
• Utilize CMMS software (eMaint or similar) to track work orders and maintenance activities
• Support production teams to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
• Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and performing electrical repairs
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Experience working with material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, or screw conveyors preferred
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled and dusty manufacturing environment
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
