Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
Maintenance Technician | 2nd Shift | Manufacturing Environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $31 per hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45214

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a proactive mindset, and experience working in fast-paced industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions efficiently
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs
- Utilize CMMS software (eMaint or similar) to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Support production teams to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
- Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and mechanical systems
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and performing electrical repairs
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Experience working with material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, or screw conveyors preferred
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled and dusty manufacturing environment
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
