What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, machinery, and electrical systems

• Diagnose issues involving PLC controls, relay logic, motors, and machine controls

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Repair and maintain stamping presses, coilers, compressors, and other production machinery

• Support facility maintenance including lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs

• Assist with equipment installations, machine moves, and facility improvements

• Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience with PLCs, relay logic, electrical troubleshooting, and machine repair

• Knowledge of hydraulics, welding, machining, and mechanical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents

• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
