It requires someone who is not afraid to work outside in all weather conditions, rain, snow, sub-freezing temperatures, heat, humidity, basically whatever Cleveland throws at you. You will be required to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, skid steer loader, and a lull telehandler.

Perform general building maintenance work such as replacing light bulbs, making and installing signs, clear blocked plumbing fixtures, changing filters, reworking blinds, installing restroom hardware, adjusting door lock and window latches, repair furniture.
