Elgin, ILMaintenance Mechanic### *What You’ll Do*
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line setups
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
- Follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, switches)
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Physical & Work Environment
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- PPE required
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
