What You'll Do

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. You'll work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems while helping minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
• Maintain motors, drives, gearboxes, pumps, and automated equipment
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and machine controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
• Complete maintenance work orders and repair documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance or multi-craft maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and PLC systems
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and industrial repairs is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, KY.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
