Maintenance Technician – Day Shift | Hickory, NC

Nesco Resource is now hiring for a day shift Maintenance Technician position at a facility in Hickory, NC.

Job Description and Requirements

· Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
· Inspect equipment, identify problems, and replace or repair components as needed.
· Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and a clean, organized work area.
· Previous industrial maintenance experience and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems preferred.
· Follow all safety procedures and communicate equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience.
Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule, including scheduled weekends.
