
Facilities Maintenance Technician Jobot
- $31–$40 Per Hour
The Maintenance Technician works independently under moderate supervision, performs planned and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, mechanical, life safety, and plumbing systems. Operates industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and pumps. Operates life safety systems, including fire alarm and suppression systems. Incumbents are not permitted to deviate from standard practices and procedures, but may be permitted to set priorities, subject to supervisory approval.

Must be able to work flexible shifts that will include weekends
This role with have multiple shifts
2 shifts 11pm Friday - 11PM Saturday & 11PM Saturday to 11AM Sunday
2 shifts 11pm Sunday - 7am Monday & 11pm Monday - 7am Tuesday
What You Will Be Doing
What We Require
3+ years related work experience in: building systems (HVAC, electro-mechanical, etc.) maintenance and repair
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of chiller plant operations and basic maintenance of HVAC systems.
Knowledge of basic electrical operations and maintenance.
Experience reading blueprints and Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing plans.
Experience with pump, bearing, and fan motor replacements
Experience Identifying and replacing faulty plumbing components.
Experience working on a computer in a Windows environment.
Must meet the requirements to be classified as a Regular Driver in accordance with Vehicle Use Policy Number 4.16.
Must be able to work variable shifts, night, and weekend shift rotations, including overtime and holidays.
What We Prefer
Experience with emergency generating systems.
Experience with Automated Building Management Systems.
Knowledge of UPS systems and operations.
Experience with HVAC equipment repairs
Experience with troubleshooting and repair of industrial kitchen equipment.

Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences).
Occasionally May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions of cold, heat, wet, and humidity.
Frequently May be exposed to outdoor or warehouse conditions of loud noises, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and mists.
Frequently Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, or other equipment.

Typical Hourly Offer/Pay Range: $24 - $30
Hourly Pay Range: $24 - $38
