Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician II for our Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA.

Wage Information: The wage range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr., depending on prior work history and experience.

Full-Time Day Shift - Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule, working 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,with some weekends and holidays .

What will I do in the role of Maintenance Technician II?

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the campus
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records
• Diagnose mechanical or facility issues, replace or repair parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments
• Provide scheduled and emergency repairs of buildings and equipment
• Participate in emergency response procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents
• Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

•  Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Bring a minimum of 3 years hands-on maintenance experience
• Must be proficient in one (1) or more of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, or another skilled trade
• Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing
• Enjoy troubleshooting problems and providing great service
• Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently or with a team
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Have basic computer skills
