Job Description

You enjoy solving technical problems, but you also enjoy working with people. You're looking for a position where your skills are appreciated, your work environment is professional and clean, and your efforts directly enhance the lives of others.
If you're a HVAC Maintenance Technician who is tired of spending nights responding to 3 a.m. emergency service calls, navigating cramped crawl spaces, or moving from one job site to the next, this is an opportunity to use your expertise in a stable, rewarding, hospitality-driven environment.
Join our team at Wildewood Downs, where maintenance excellence and exceptional resident service goes hand in hand. Your technical expertise helps create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.
