As a Maintenance Technician II at Liv Ahwatukee, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while helping maintain our beautiful communities. What You'll Do
Complete service requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool, and general maintenance projects.
Inspect amenities, common areas, and community grounds to ensure exceptional curb appeal.
Partner with vendors, contractors, and team members to complete projects effectively.
Follow safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.
Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive resident relationships.
What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have previous apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience.
Possess working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or building systems.
