Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor belts, large sorting machinery, and heavy equipment (front-end loaders, skid steers, sit-down forklifts, etc.) as well as maintain the facility itself at a recycling production site in Phoenix, AZ. This role ensures maximum, uptime, efficiency, and safety of the plant operations by performing both routine and emergency maintenance on shredders, balers, conveyors, sortation systems, and support equipment.
