Job Title: Maintenance Technician III Job Location: San Diego, CA Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM Pay Rate: $36.31 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls experience, preferably in a GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS/Maximo.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, controls, and automation issues.
Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
Monitor equipment performance and help reduce downtime.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Follow all safety, GMP, FDA, ISO, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred.
2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
