Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies)
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and general maintenance repairs
Assist with renovations, remodels, capital improvement projects, and property upgrades
Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project timelines
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance, as required
Maintain excellent customer service with residents and team members
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Travel between properties throughout Northern California
Qualifications:
2+ years of multifamily maintenance, construction, or renovation experience preferred
Knowledge of residential building systems and maintenance best practices
HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Must have standard tools and smartphone for work order assignments
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors
