Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a great opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential? We’re looking for a self-motivated, reliable Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment

• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs to minimize equipment downtime

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair components, test equipment, and make adjustments

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders

• Perform basic machinist duties as needed

• Work with PLCs and VFDs to troubleshoot equipment

• Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment

• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance

• Identify faulty equipment or unusual operating conditions and report issues to supervision

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance skills

• Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience

• Some experience working with PLCs and VFDs

• Ability to read equipment manuals and work orders

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-minded

• Ability to work 2nd shift and weekends

• Willingness to participate in training as needed

• Electrical Journeyman's License preferred, but not required
