Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Set and achieve daily maintenance goals.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and heating systems across

residential and commercial properties.

Handle the upkeep of pumps, mechanical systems, and HVAC units.

Manage inventory, maintain and organize building materials at our warehouse.

Deliver and pick up equipment and materials as needed.

Perform repairs on walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, countertops, windows, and

more.

Ensure properties are move-in ready by performing necessary repairs after tenant

move-outs.

Maintain the exterior of properties, including lawn care and snow removal.

Assist in the maintenance and repair of assisted living facilities.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance, repair, or

construction.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency with the tools and techniques required for residential and commercial

maintenance.

Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.

Ability to pass a background check.

Three professional references.
