The Newport Oceanfront Inn is a brand-new hotel on the Oregon Coast offering guests true oceanfront views and a relaxed coastal experience. Ideal Maintenance Technician candidates will have:

• A positive outlook that is felt by guests and coworkers
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques to maintain a physical structure of hotel
• Ability to communicate with all staff on items that need to be fixed, replaced, etc.
• Candidates with multi-unit property experience preferred.
• Good attendance

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs
• Learn emergency procedures.
• Giving the best customer service!
