Core Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and facility infrastructure
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures using appropriate testing tools and equipment
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to complete repairs accurately
Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment history within the computerized maintenance management system
Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to restore operations
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and assist with facility improvement projects as needed
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and vendors regarding work orders, parts procurement, and repair status
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum of two years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility setting
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other critical safety protocols
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure
Basic computer skills for entering work orders and maintaining maintenance logs
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or on-call shifts as required
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical trade certification or vocational training preferred
