Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for troubleshooting and repairing equipment? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a well-established local company on 3rd shift. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform mechanical and electrical repairs
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and production systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Repair and maintain facility systems, including plumbing and refrigeration equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams
• Inspect, measure, and adjust machinery using precision testing equipment
• Remove and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and lifting equipment
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support repairs and equipment improvements
• Maintain a safe work environment while following all company safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and mechanical drives
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

This is a Permanent position based out of North Sioux City, SD.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

401k company match, paid holidays, 2 week of PTO, and boot reimbursement.

This is a fully onsite position in North Sioux City,SD.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 16, 2026.
