Job Description
Maintenance Technician $920+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance or repair experience.
- Must have extensive knowledge of appliances/appliance repair and troubleshooting.
- Must understand basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Must know how to use drills, wrenches, multimeters, and basic hand/power tools.
- Must have their own tools.
- Must have good communication and customer-service skills when interacting with residents.
- Must be capable of completing general property and residential maintenance work.
- Must be available for some weekend/on-call work.
- Typical Workday / Job Duties:
- Repair plumbing issues, lights, switches, and basic HVAC problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances.
- Prepare/rehabilitate units before new tenants move in.
- Paint walls and repair drywall.
- Repair or replace older appliances as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests/work orders.
- Perform grounds maintenance such as mowing grass, clearing walkways, and maintaining common areas.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs outside normal business hours.
Shifts:
- Monday–Friday
8:30 AM–5:30 PMSome weekends may be required.
Employee will also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
