Position Details

• Job Title: Paint Maintenance Technician
• Shift: 3rd11:00 PM-7:30 AM(occasional weekends required)
• Pay Rate: $36.84 (DOE)

What You’ll Do

As a Paint Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. You will:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on paint lines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Maintain and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment optimization
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with HSE and safety standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues

What You Need

We’re looking for a hands-on technician who can hit the ground running:

• Technician certification or strong experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with large production equipment and automated systems
• Knowledge of robotics and paint application processes is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
• Ability to work independently on an overnight shift
