Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license & legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Basic tool set and reliable personal transportation (ideally a work van)
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar field.
- It is required to be close to downtown, a maximum of 20 minutes away.
- Available to work a structured schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (with a 60-minute unpaid lunch); Friday and Saturday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
- Comfort with technology. Must follow company policy, agree to AI GPS-tracking and task monitoring.
- Must agree to random drug testing
