Position Summary:

We're seeking a multi-craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. This role supports safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Shift: 1st Shift; Monday-Friday, Saturday''s as needed

Pay Rate: $31.99 / hour

Location: Philadelphia, PA

How You'll Impact Results:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root cause to repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment

• Machine set up and changeover

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pumps, and other equipment to ensure proper operation of machinery

• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, and test equipment using equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, oscilloscopes

• Read electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to install/repair systems

• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support smooth daily operations

• Update and maintain CMMS (MaintainX) data and keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts inventory

• Follow all safety standards including company guidelines, Lockout/Tagout, NEC, and OSHA guidelines

• Contribute to continuous improvement and clean, GMP-compliant workspaces

• Additional duties & responsibilities as assigned
