Maintenance Technicians – Food Manufacturing / Meat Processing

We’re working with a growing food manufacturing company that is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join their team!

Pay & Perks

• $25–$32/hour, depending on experience

• $1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus — get rewarded for showing up and being dependable!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize unexpected downtime

• Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more

• Partner with production teams to keep operations running safely and efficiently

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurring issues

What We’re Looking For

• Meat processing experience REQUIRED

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable technicians who take pride in their work and want to make an impact
