two experienced Maintenance Technician professionals for opportunities in Pittsburgh, PA.
We are looking for dependable, multi-skilled maintenance technicians who can troubleshoot building systems, complete preventative maintenance, and independently handle day-to-day repair needs.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial building or property maintenance who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and professional customer service.

Pay & Overtime
Annual compensation range: $50,000–$70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
The position includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Overtime and on-call compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.

- Monday - Friday
- On-call rotation as required

Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and routine system checks.
- Complete painting, light carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general property maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls while maintaining accurate work order documentation.
- Coordinate assigned vendor work, assist with maintenance records, and communicate repair needs.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and provide professional service to tenants, contractors, and property personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of building maintenance, property maintenance, or related technical experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete routine to moderately complex repairs independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to use maintenance software, document completed work, and manage multiple service requests.
- Ability to work safely in mechanical rooms, rooftops, confined spaces, and outdoor environments, including handling materials and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
Relevant HVAC, EPA, NATE, electrical, or plumbing certifications are preferred but not required.
Ideal Candidate
- A well-rounded maintenance technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a specialty in at least one building maintenance trade.
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a larger maintenance team.
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing changing work order priorities.
- Professional when communicating with tenants, vendors, and property management.
- Safety-focused and willing to participate in an on-call emergency rotation.
