NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS!

OneSource Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility in the Pittston, PA area!

We are looking for a hands-on individual with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, preventative maintenance experience, and the ability to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.

• Inspect, maintain, and modify machinery to improve production efficiency.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, electrical blueprints, and schematics.

• Test electrical systems and circuits using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and voltmeters.

• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.

• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks and respond to urgent equipment issues.
