  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure code compliance

HVAC Support (Basic Level)

  • Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC components such as thermostats, filters, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems
  • Monitor system performance using diagnostic tools and (ideally) Building Automation Systems (BAS)

General Facilities Maintenance

  • Carpentry: Repair doors, walls, ceilings, cabinetry, and fixtures
  • Electrical: Replace outlets, switches, lighting; troubleshoot minor issues
  • Plumbing (support tasks): Repair faucets, toilets, valves, and drainage components

Operations & Collaboration

  • Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track and document all maintenance and repair activities
  • Manage tools, materials, and parts inventory

What You Bring

  • Working knowledge of basic HVAC systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to handle multi-trade maintenance (carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with plumbing codes, HVAC systems, and BAS (preferred)
  • Experience using CMMS systems to manage work orders (a plus)

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions
  • Skilled in safely operating hand and power tools

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school preferred)
  • Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred)
  • Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or carpentry are a plus
