What You'll Be Doing


Repair & Maintain Hotel Facilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas 
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, lighting, doors, locks, furniture, and other hotel equipment 
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and preventative care 
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and guest requests 

Prevent Problems Before They Happen

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections throughout the property 
• Monitor building systems and equipment for performance and safety 
• Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities 

Support Guests & Team Members

• Respond professionally to guest maintenance concerns 
• Work closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to keep rooms guest-ready 
• Help ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable stay 

Keep Our Property Looking Its Best

• Assist with painting, minor carpentry, and general property upkeep 
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas 
• Help preserve the appearance and functionality of the hotel 

What We're Looking For

• Experience in building, hotel, apartment, or facility maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to safety, quality, and guest service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Frequent walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching 
• Ability to safely use ladders, tools, and maintenance equipment 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
