Maintenance Technician Quincy,MA

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in multifamily property maintenance. This position will be primarily located in Quincy, MA.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records. on Yardi Iphone App
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in performing repairs and inspections. This includes but is not limited to move-out/move-in inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs,
• Respond to emergency calls during on-call rotation.
• Preserve the beauty of the buildings and the property through general upkeep and ground maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance 
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair,
• Plumbing License and/or HVAC Certification a plus
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
• The ability to lift fifty pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability using various software and apps.
• Knowledge of safety measures and precautions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Fluent in English
