Maintenance Technician

Schell Brothers' sister company, Ocean Atlantic, is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The candidate joining our team will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment within our community. Our technicians prioritize the safety of the residents, team members, and themselves while delivering white-glove customer service. As part of the maintenance team, being on call and responding to emergency calls is necessary. Prior working experience with multifamily communities is strongly preferred.

• Schedule maintenance activities for an apartment community

• Use service requests and schedules to establish priorities

• Identify and correct hazardous community conditions

• Prepare vacant apartments for move in
