Job Description Maintenance Technician / Make-Ready Technician Marina Walk Apartments – St. Petersburg, FL
Responsibilities include:
Completing apartment make-readies (painting, drywall, basic plumbing & electrical, appliance checks). Responding to routine maintenance requests. Assisting with preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep. Working with vendors as needed. Providing professional, resident-focused service.
Qualifications:
Apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry. Strong attention to detail and time management. Valid driver’s license; EPA certification a plus.
Details:
Full-time position. On-call rotation may be required. Competitive pay based on experience Including PTO, insurance and 401K availability.
