Maintenance Technician

## Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics and logic controllers
- Complete tasks related to general maintenance, including painting, welding, and carpentry work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary

## Requirements
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and residents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise maintenance projects
- Experience in customer service to interact professionally with residents and staff
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Capable of performing welding tasks as needed
