Maintenance Technician

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Maintenance Technician job in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This CONTRACT hire job is available with one of our key customers in the life science industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment and systems on 2nd shift. In order to be successful in this position, you must have hands-on industrial maintenance experience and working knowledge of a CMMS system. Preference will be given to someone with PLC knowledge and an apprenticeship, associate degree, or Journeyman card.

Maintenance Technician Job responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems to minimize downtime.
• Perform equipment failure analyses and identify root causes.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase availability, capability, and yield.
• Document work orders and maintenance activity in the CMMS system.
• Serve as an informal resource for less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Two to three plus years of experience
• High school diploma or GED
• CMMS system experience
• PLC knowledge a plus
• Apprenticeship, associate degree, or Journeyman card preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision

This contract Maintenance Technician job is based in Sheboygan Falls, WI. The hourly pay rate for this role ranges from $25.00 - $45.00. Contractors working through Aquinas Consulting are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, medical indemnity coverage, a 401(k) plan, and biweekly direct deposit pay. Contract roles do not include PTO unless required by applicable state laws.
