Maintenance Technician

Join our dynamic team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN, where we are actively seeking skilled individuals to fill multiple shifts. This role involves supporting either our cutting-edge production machinery or essential facility and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address issues in both production and facility equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Solve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system challenges.
- Oversee the upkeep of HVAC, compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical systems.
- Accurately complete and manage work orders using our computerized maintenance management software.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards to promote a secure and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:
- A solid background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing context.
- Expertise in mechanical and/or electrical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with CMMS or digital work order systems.
- Willingness to accommodate various shifts is beneficial.
