Maintenance Technician

If you've kept complex systems running under pressure, this role is built for you. We're looking for a hands-on maintenance pro ready to own equipment reliability across a fast-paced production facility — nights, tools in hand, zero micromanagement.

What You'll Do:

• Perform and document scheduled preventative maintenance on ovens, mixers, conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration systems, and boilers
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostics equipment
  
• Install, commission, and modify bakery equipment to improve performance and ensure code compliance
  
• Enforce lockout/tagout and food safety standards; report hazards and maintain a clean, organized work area
  
• Manage parts inventory, input work orders, and collaborate daily with production and sanitation teams
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills
  
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
  
• Knowledge of PLC systems, control systems, and industrial automation
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
