Supervision: Direct, train, and develop maintenance staff, managing their schedules and performance. Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and implement PM programs for plastics blow/extrusion molding machines, chillers, compressors, and building systems. Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform and oversee electrical (480v, 3-phase, PLC) and mechanical (hydraulics, pneumatics) repairs. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery has proper safety guards and that all work complies with OSHA regulations. Projects & Operations: Manage maintenance inventory, costs, and project scheduling to minimize production downtime.
Experience in maintenance management or a related role within a manufacturing environment (plastics preferred). Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in electrical systems, schematics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage a team, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions to improve equipment reliability.
