THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Maintenance Technician handles the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC and other production machinery.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Diagnose and repairs production machinery.
  • Communicate with management and machinery vendors as required.
  • Maintain and follow comprehensive machine TPM schedules including Oil and fluid level, Concentration levels, Filter changes and Machine or process calibrations
  • Assist with Company projects and engineering efforts.
  • Partner with management, engineering, and equipment vendors to resolve technical issues and drive improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and special projects
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork by mentoring peers and sharing technical knowledge
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOU'LL BRING:

  • High School Degree or GED

  • 2+ years in a CNC Manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of:

  • CNC machines and controllers

  • Electrical equipment and processes

  • Mechanical equipment and processes

  • Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment

  • HVAC systems

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle numerous tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly, occasionally 50 lbs

  • Regular standing, bending and walking

  • Occasional climbing stairs, reaching overhead and crouching.

The California pay range for this position is $25.00+ based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the pay rate, Harvey Performance Company offers industry-leading comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance, employee equity program, and a 401k match program, along with profit sharing.
