The Maintenance Technician Supervisor is a hands-on technical leader who performs and oversees maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance activities across all Meissner’s manufacturing spaces, including membrane, hollow fiber filter, membrane/media filter, Single-Use System, and injection molding production areas, along with all peripheral processes. Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and facilities teams to prioritize work requests, support capability and capacity expansion efforts, implement process improvements, and support equipment installations.
