Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Trade school courses or similar formal training from past employer required. One or more of the following Professional Certifications preferred; electrical, hydraulic, PLC, welding, machine equipment, HVAC, or plumbing.
Experience: Two years of full-time Industrial Maintenance experience in an industrial environment performing maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems preferred. Experience working with TPM or PM programs preferred. In-depth knowledge and experience working with electrical controls is strongly preferred.
Skills and Key Attributes: Self-motivated, demonstrated mechanical ability, blueprint understanding, ability to use measuring equipment, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills. Ability to demonstrate understanding and knowledge of general industrial maintenance, PLC programming, welding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and machining in both theory and practical application. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Obtain and maintain current certification to operate material handling equipment. Ability to use MS Office at an intermediate level required. Ability to communicate effectively through written documentation and verbally.

This position operates on a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., and offers a competitive shift differential of $2.00/hour.
