Maintenance Technician

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or construction
• 2+ years in a manufacturing plant environment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings
• Experience with forklifts and working at elevated heights
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 125 lbs) and wear PPE
• Must pass a physical exam per OSHA 1910.134
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Maintain and repair plant equipment, including pumps, HVAC, electrical, welding, and carpentry
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery
• Install piping, controls, and electrical components
• Use forklifts to transport materials and access elevated work areas
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA standards
• Keep detailed maintenance records and reports
• Support safety policies and maintain a clean, organized facility
• Perform other related duties as assigned
