Jobletics by Compunnel is seeking dependable Maintenance Workers to help maintain buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas in safe and functional condition. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, pays attention to detail, and can perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and work areas for maintenance needs.
- Assist with basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other general repairs.
- Replace light bulbs, repair fixtures, and address minor maintenance issues as assigned.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Assist with groundskeeping and exterior maintenance as needed.
- Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.
- Report major repairs, equipment issues, and safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and facility maintenance guidelines.

Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or general repair experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and troubleshoot routine problems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or carry materials as required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
