Job Summary:

Position Title: Maintenance Worker
Location: Berea KY 40403
Duration: Open-ended
Work Schedule: As per availability: 8-hour shift between 8 AM to 6:30 PM
Pay rate: $8.00-$11.22/hr
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining cleanliness in the building and on the grounds
• Helps with needed preventive maintenance
• Helps to maintain equipment
• Helps to complete minor repairs
• Provides assistance to other departments, as needed
• Helps with set-up for events and exhibits.
• Maintains standards for personnel performance and customer service.
• The Maintenance Worker I is expected to perform all duties to the best of their ability, act in a responsible manner at all times, demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and treat all staff and patrons with respect.

• Maturity, reliability, and self-discipline. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in the following areas: equipment maintenance, sanitation, conducting training, security, safety and accident prevention and customer relations.
