Qualifications:Hold or obtain and keep valid, at minimum, a Black Seal Boiler's License.Have and keep a valid New Jersey driver's license.Have basic communications and computational skills.Building, facilities and maintenance experience preferred.Experience in specific craft areas, vocation and/or job responsibilities.Meet physical requirements of position.Hold state licenses (highly desirable).Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
