Prospect, OH | Full-Time | 1st Shift LaborMax Staffing is currently hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Prospect, Ohio. We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working with machinery, and learning new skills in a manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs Pay Starting pay based on experience ($52k - $60k year) Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machinery and components Operate machining tools to support production and maintenance needs Assist with equipment changeovers Safely operate a forklift Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools Experience using calipers and micrometers Ability to work within tight tolerances Previous forklift experience preferred Electrical experience is a plus AutoCAD and PLC programming experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow Why Apply?
