To create a pathways program to a Utility Operator position, the Utilities Division is looking for candidates interested in the water and wastewater fields combining work experience along with classroom instruction necessary to meet the testing qualifications for the CL-D Water and CL-SD Wastewater licenses. Once licensed, employees would be qualified to advance to a Utility Operator position.

Individual(s) will perform various types of manual labor, semi-skilled, or skilled work in the maintenance of the City's water distribution, water treatment, and wastewater collection systems.

To participate in the education programs necessary to meet the testing qualifications for Minnesota Cl-D Water and CL-SD Wastewater Operator licensure.
