Maintenance Worker – Entry Level
Location: Wallingford & Naugatuck, CT

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support multiple Dunkin’ locations in Naugatuck and Wallingford, CT. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and learning new skills. No formal education is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided)
- Perform routine maintenance to landscaping
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Travel between locations to respond to maintenance needs
- Monitor and report equipment issues or safety concerns
- Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needs
Requirements
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors
- Comfortable working independently and managing time across multiple sites
- Willingness to learn equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols
- Availability to travel between locations as needed
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work
- Familiarity with restaurant equipment or facilities maintenance
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
- Electrical or mechanical experience or education is a plus
