MAINTENANCE WORKERS – MULTIPLE OPENINGS
Staten Island, NY
Pay: $17.90–$18.00 per hour
We are hiring dependable Maintenance Workers for OPWDD residential locations throughout Staten Island. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.
AVAILABLE LOCATIONS & SCHEDULES:
• Butler Avenue: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM — Part-time
• Charles Avenue: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Hope Avenue: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Albourne Avenue & Bush Avenue: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM — Shared between both locations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly residential environment.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
• Follow site procedures and interact respectfully with residents and staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must successfully complete OPWDD clearance.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
